A GUIDE FOR LANDLORDS ...

1.1 - Our fees on Let Only Properties & Deposit Protection for Landlords

Here at WSJ Estates our Let only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks and referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement. 

WE CHARGE A FEE OF 6% (+VAT) TO LET ONLY SERVICES.

Alongside our LET ONLY Services, as an additional service we offer DEPOSIT PROTECTION; which will protect the deposit on behlaf of landlords for peace of mind.

Deposit Protection fee is £50 (inc VAT)

1.2 - Our fees on Rent Collection (Monthly)

As an addition to the above we also offer a rent collection service in which we collect your tenants monthly payments on your property. This includes us pursuing non-payments of rent and providing advice on rent arrears.

The rent collection additional fee if opted in is : 7% (+VAT) per calendar month

1.3 - Full Management Service (Yearly)

Full management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs and arranging for repairs within the property, carrying 2 routine inspections per annum and notify the landlord of the outcome, advising all relevant utility providers of changes and hold the keys throughout the tenancy term

The full management service we offer is 12% (+VAT) / Yearly [CURRENT OFFER FOR LANDLORDS 6% (+VAT) / YEARLY]

1.4 - Check out fees

The check out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit where applicable and return it to the landlord

The fees we charge for check out fee is £150 (Inc VAT)

1.5 - Court Attendance

If there are any current situations with your tenant i.e They received an eviction notice and they are not complying, we will attend court with the landlord or on behalf  of the landlord to rectify the situation.

Our fees for court attendance is £500 (inc VAT)
